The Earni Affiliate Partner Program is designed for you to share Earni with providers in your network, while creating an extra income stream for you. Earni is an intuitive admin tool for NDIS Providers, Support Workers & Sole Traders to take care of any business admin tasks, accounts, payments, client management, expense and tax management, all in one place. It’s the perfect little app that you can now earn commission for sharing it with others.
It’s free to join, easy to get started, and we’ll give you the tools and resources you need to share Earni with your contacts who can benefit from using the app to manage their admin and accounts. For every successful referral who joins Earni Premium, you’ll earn 80% of their first Premium subscription payment.

About the Earni Affiliate Partner Program
What is the Earni Affiliate Partner Program?
The Earni Affiliate Partner Program gives eligible NDIS Plan Managers, Support Coordinators, Support Workers & Providers the opportunity to earn commission by introducing providers in their network to Earni app.
Earni is an all-in-one business management app designed to help NDIS independent support workers and providers manage their clients, appointments, invoicing, expenses, reporting and more – all in one place.
It’s free to join, and we provide you with everything you need to start sharing Earni with your network. You earn commission on every successful referral. It’s a great way to easily earni another source of income.
Who can join the Earni Affiliate Partner Program?
The program is currently open to NDIS Plan Managers, Support Coordinators, Support Workers & Independent Providers operating in Australia.
Can Support Coordinators recommend and join the program?
Yes. NDIS Support Coordinators operating in Australia can apply to become an Earni Affiliate Partner and earn commission by referring providers in their network.
Can Plan Managers recommend and join the program?
Yes. NDIS Plan Managers operating in Australia can apply to become an Earni Affiliate Partner and earn commission by referring providers in their network.
Can Support Workers recommend and join the program?
Yes. Support Workers operating in Australia with their own ABN can apply to become an Earni Affiliate Partner and earn commission by referring providers in their network.
I’m a sole trader, and I work with both NDIS and Non-NDIS clients. Can I apply to take part in the program and earn commission?
Yes. As long as you have an Australian ABN you can apply and earn commission by sharing the word about Earni. When people join Earni Premium, you earn commission instantly when they use your unique link (which we provide you).
Earning Commission & Payments
How much commission do I earn?
You receive 80% of the first Premium subscription payment made by each successful referral.
This means:
- Someone joins via your unique affiliate link (which we provide you), on a Monthly Premium Plan ($27 per month): you earn $21.60 on the first months payment.
- Someone joins via your unique affiliate link (which we provide you), on an Annual Premium Plan ($279): you earn $223.20 of this initial annual payment.
The commission is a one-off payment per successful referral.
How frequently do I get paid my commission?
Your commission will be paid to you in your nominated bank account at the start of each month, once a month.
Is the commission ongoing?
It’s not, it’s a one-off payment for each referral. The 80% commission applies to the first Premium subscription payment only (whether this is annual or monthly) for every person you refer to join Earni. If you keep referring ongoing, you’ll earn more commission every month!
We’ve designed the Partner Program to provide a generous upfront reward for introducing a provider to Earni so you get more in your bank account faster, rather than smaller amounts ongoing.
What happens if someone joins Earni via my unique Affiliate link under a premium membership, and then downgrades after the first month, do I (the affiliate) still receive my payment?
Yes, you will still receive 80% commission on the first premium payment of that member, even if they downgrade after this initial month.
What happens if someone joins Earni via my Affiliate link on a Starter Plan (the free version), and then upgrades to premium at a later date. Will I receive a commission once they upgrade?
Yes. If at anytime someone on the Earni free Starter Plan option, upgrades to Premium (monthly or annual), you will receive the first paid month commission.
If someone joins Earni on a premium monthly plan, and then switches to an annual plan at a later date, what happens with my commission?
You will receive the 80% commission on the first monthly payment only. There would not be a second payment once they member switches from a monthly to an annual premium plan.
If someone joins Earni as a premium member, then downgrades, and at a later date, upgrades again (using my affiliate link for the second time), would this spark a new second affiliate payment?
Unfortunately not. A provider can only generate one affiliate commission based on their initial qualifying premium subscription. If they later upgrade again, this does not generate a second affiliate commission.
Referring Someone to Earni, & Affiliate Links
How do I refer someone to Earni?
Once your application has been approved (once you’ve applied here), you’ll receive your own unique affiliate partner link in your Earni Affiliate Partner Dashboard (watch a video of how the dashboard works here). We supply you with a link and QR code to use to share the word about Earni with others.
Simply share this link with providers in your network that would get so much out of using Earni for their client management, admin and accounts work. You can use it in emails, social media, on your website, newsletters, or simply send it directly to a provider. You’re free to promote this link as you wish, and gain financial benefits from sharing.
How does Earni know that a new provider came from me?
Your unique affiliate partner link contains tracking information that allows Earni to identify referrals made through your unique link. Your Earni Affiliate Partner Dashboard will also allow you to keep track of your referrals and commissions earnt (view a video of how the dashboard works here).
What happens if someone signs up without using my affiliate link?
If a provider signs up without using your unique affiliate partner link, we unfortunately aren’t able to track it back to you, or attribute the commission. For this reason, we recommend always sharing your personal affiliate partner link when introducing someone to Earni app.
Can I refer more than one provider?
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of providers you can refer, and every successful qualifying Premium referral will earn you commission, ongoing.
Is there a limit to how much commission I can earn?
No. There is no limit to the amount of commission you can earn. The more successful Premium referrals you make, the more you can earn. It can be a brand new source of income for you!
Is GST included in commission payout amounts?
Yes GST is included.
Affiliate Dashboard
What is the Earni Affiliate Dashboard?
Your Affiliate Dashboard is your central place to manage your affiliate activity. You’ll be able to view information about your referrals, track your progress and see your commissions. See how the dashboard works here.
When do I get access to my Affiliate Dashboard?
Once your affiliate application has been approved at our end, you’ll receive access details so you can log in to your Earni Affiliate account.
You’ll then be able to access your personal affiliate link, promotional toolkit and referral information.
Where do I enter my bank details?
Once your affiliate access has been approved and you can log in to Earni Affiliate, you’ll need to enter your nominated bank account details in the Payments section of your Affiliate Dashboard (view the dashboard).
This allows your commissions to be paid to you.

Do I have to create my own marketing materials to promote Earni?
No! We’ve done the hard work for you. When you’re approved as an Earni Affiliate Partner, you’ll receive a complete promotional toolkit within your Earni Affiliate Partner Dashboard containing ready-to-use resources such as:
- Email templates
- Social media posts
- Graphics
- Logos
- Website banners
- Email banners
- Earni product information
- FAQs
- Blog articles you can share on your own website
- Your personal affiliate link
You’ll also have access to your Affiliate Dashboard and ongoing support from the Earni team.
Where can I promote Earni?
You can share Earni wherever you already communicate with your provider network, including:
- Emails
- Newsletters
- Social media pages
- Your website as a banner or link
- Provider resources or information packs
- Direct conversations with providers
- Other appropriate marketing channels
Please make sure your promotions are consistent with the information we share with you in the Toolkit.
Do I need marketing experience to become an affiliate partner?
Not at all. The Earni Promotional Toolkit gives you ready-to-use content and resources, so you don’t need to be a marketing expert. Simply share Earni with providers who you think could benefit from using the software.
Can I customise the promotional material?
You can personalise the promotional content to suit your audience, provided the information about Earni, it’s features, pricing, commission and offers remains accurate. We’d of course prefer you use the resources already created for you in the Promotional Toolkit, however should you need to slightly change any graphics or details to suit, you can do so. Here’s what you can’t do:
- Alter the Earni logo design, or layout
- Change the Earni branded colours to your own
- Add additional features or information about Earni that is not accurate as per our Promotional Toolkit, or the Earni website
